“Things That Make Me Go, ‘Whoa!’” with Jeff Cregg
Have you ever read something in the news or heard a story that stops you in your tracks with a big "Whoa"? Join Jeff Cregg for an engaging and thought-provoking Wednesday Night Class, Things That Make Me Go Whoa! Each week, Jeff will dive into topics like AI, climate change, and more—issues that shape our world and give us pause. Through lively discussions, we’ll explore how these big ideas impact our lives and faith, sparking curiosity and conversation.
"Sharing Our Faith with Younger Generations" with Rev. Dr. Tres Adams
Gen Z and Gen Alpha include some of our favorite people! We are desperate for them to have a relationship with Jesus Christ, and to live lives that glorify Him. But how do we foster such a relationship? First, we must attempt to understand Gen Z and Gen Alpha. While Jesus never changes, the ways in which we share the Gospel seem to be constantly changing. With the goal of sharing the Gospel with the younger generations, let’s explore who they are, how they learn, and review the trends that are applicable to their lives. As we better understand our younger siblings in Christ, our hope is that the Holy Spirit will grant us the wisdom to plant and nurture the seeds of faith. Join us in learning about our favorite people and how we can share with them the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
"Strange New World: How Thinkers and Activists Redefined Identity and Sparked the Sexual Revolution" with Rev. Andrew Keyes.
Do you ever look around at our culture in disbelief and ask yourself, "How in the world did we get here?" In this class based on the book Strange New World by Carl Trueman, we'll take a tour through key moments in history that help explain how we got here. We'll finish the class with hope of what we can do moving forward faithfully as Christians in a time where our culture is so confused with sexuality and identity.
"The Gospel! The Good News of God" a study on the book of Romans with Bryan Darwin
In this age of endless scrolls, AI-curated feeds, and viral memes, the gospel of Jesus Christ has been buried beneath the noise. Yet we are bearers of this good news—ambassadors of God’s unchanging message.
For our own souls and for a generation drowning in distraction, we must recover crystal-clear clarity about what the gospel actually is. Join Bryan on a journey through the book of Romans. Let’s open God’s Word together and begin getting the gospel right in a world gone wrong.
